Option 1: Elegant Leadership Coaching Set

A three-session coaching package that gives you the time and support to explore your unique Elegant Leadership path.

Start Up

A 90-minute session to clarify your current context and establish the focus and foundations for your Elegant Leadership journey.

Check In

A one-hour session to review how things are progressing, discuss what you are noticing and explore any questions that have come up along the way.

Follow Up

A final one-hour session to reflect on what is working, identify what may need to change and consider practical next steps.

Investment: $900 + GST*

*The full programme is invoiced following the Start Up session. The Check In and Follow Up sessions must be completed within three months unless otherwise agreed.

Option 2: Elegant Leadership Set Up Connection

A focused two-hour coaching session with Kris to clarify your current leadership context and establish the direction and priorities for your Elegant Leadership path.

You will also explore practical ways to check in with yourself, maintain momentum and continue making progress after the session.

Investment: $550 + GST*

* Fees include a copy of the book. Fees are for a face-to-face session in Christchurch, or online. Otherwise, travel fees are applied at cost.

What Is Included?

Both coaching options include a copy of the Elegant Leadership book.

Sessions can be held face to face in Christchurch or online. Travel costs may apply for sessions held outside Christchurch.

Team Coaching
