Kristen Cooper is an experienced mediator (accredited by LEADR, now Resolution Institute). She has over twenty-five years’ experience in conflict resolution and has strong backgrounds in facilitating/mediating difficult meetings, including multi-party meetings, and family and workplace disputes, including those involving customer dissatisfaction.

Working with a structured mediation context, generating understanding through communication and interpersonal techniques are Kris’ mediation and conflict resolution strengths.
